PBC Lottery?

We should have a lottery in PBC
like in how the Pokemon games
you would be given a ticket with numbers on it
and depending of how many numbers you got
the better the prize

It should be somewhat of a weekly lottery
The numbers would be given out on every Sunday
and the prizes would be given out on Saturday
and the PBC Admins would give every1 10 random numbers
while also posting the winning lottery number
and depending on how many numbers you got matched up correctly
the better the prize

The prize could be from a Sav'd Pokemon
to 1 shiny uber
or Xat days etc.

A lottery like this could easily be rigged. It's a fail idea.

The idea is good. But how can we make it fair? Like slash said it can be easily rigged.

Er, get on random.net or .com something or just google something that comes up with random numbers, I'm shure there be one.

someone like juno or whoever can go live could record themselves on random.org picking the numbers

like I said it should be done on LIVE so its not rigged
